How do I make a purchase?

Do you have a physical store?
No. OneStop Bazaar operates exclusively online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and secure online payment systems.

Can I change my order or address?
Only before the order is processed. Once it has been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Can I add more items to an existing order?
No. You must place a new order for additional items.

Where are the products shipped from?
We work with logistics centers in various regions worldwide to ensure efficient delivery.

I only received part of my order — is that normal?
Yes. Items may arrive in separate packages if they come from different warehouses.

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days for returns due to dissatisfaction and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if my delivery is delayed?
Check your order status with the tracking code provided. If it exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.
